I will always miss the Orient. If the theory of reincarnation, which has been circulating more and more recently, is true, I believe that I have lived many lives in the Orient space, which might explain the familiarity I feel whenever I come into contact with oriental civilization.<\/p>\n
Recognized by Eastern religions but denied by Christianity and Islam, the theory of reincarnation is supported in spiritual communities and also by great philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, Pythagoras, Nietzsche, and great foreign writers such as Alexandre Dumas and, at the same time, great Romanian writers and poets such as Mircea Eliade, Mihai Eminescu, Liviu Rebreanu.
\nI am also inclined to believe, after several years of study while having my own doubts, that this theory is true, that we are born as often as necessary to learn to master this reality, to the extent that we live life in an authentic way. Life never ends, it continues, and if a flower is reborn every spring, don\u2019t humans, such great creations, have the right to several lives to fulfill all that they have to fulfill, to live the experiences necessary for their own evolution? This is how I explained to myself the apparent inequality between people, some being born with physical deficiencies, but, in reality, all are equal and the experiences in one life represent only a sequence of the totality of lives lived by a certain person. On the other hand, the familiarity we feel in relation to some people, places or experiences seems to be another clue that supports this theory.<\/p>\n
And yet, even accepting this theory, it is necessary to focus on the present moment and not on learning details about other lives. We will never be greater than the present, because the present is the result of all the experiences lived by each person so far, of all the lessons learned. Therefore, by focusing on the here and now we find answers and solutions to all of life\u2019s questions and trials.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
